Worried About Stalking?
Stalking is a pattern of persistent and unwanted attention that causes you to feel harassed, anxious, or afraid. It includes any behaviour that happens more than once and leaves you feeling distressed or unsafe.
Over time, stalking can have a serious impact on your mental health. You might feel constantly on edge, hyper-vigilant, or fearful, even in places where you’d usually feel safe.
Stalking is frightening — and it can be very dangerous.
You don’t have to deal with it alone.

Is it stalking? Use the Stalking FOUR test:
Stalking often includes a combination of behaviours. Ask yourself:
-
Fixated – Is the person obsessed with you, your life, or routines?
-
Obsessive – Do they keep contacting you, watching you, or turning up where you are?
-
Unwanted – Have you asked them to stop, or are they doing things that make you uncomfortable?
-
Repeated – Has it happened more than once?
If the answer is yes to any or all of these, it could be stalking. You are not overreacting, and support is available.
