You might not be sure if what’s happening is “bad enough” or if it even counts as abuse. But domestic abuse, relationship abuse, and toxic or controlling behaviour can happen to anyone – at any age. And it’s more common than you might think.

Worried About Your Relationship?

If your partner or ex-partner is making you feel anxious, unsafe, or like you’re walking on eggshells, you deserve to talk to someone about it.
You can call us on 01483 898884 or email swr@swsda.org.uk – even if you’re not sure what to say. We have a Youth Engagement Practitioner whose dedicated work is with young people to support them. They support anyone who is is in a toxic relationship who asks for help from our service.
